Springtown Camp re-union dance 1989
We have the privilige of showing a recording of the Springtowncamp re-union dance that took place in the Stardust Ballroom in 1989.This recording was given to the website by Willie Deery who was the driving force behind the re-union dances.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Willie for this unique piece of footage that shows many of the Springtown camp community in fine fettle,unfortunately quite a number of the people in the footage are no longer with us including my own two brothers Danny and Jackie who can be seen quite clearly.I believe that this footage will bring a lump to the throat and a tear to the eye of many of its viewers as it has with me.
Thanks again to Willie for sharing it with us and I hope that our visitors to the website get as much enjoyment out of watching it as i have.
