Ray donnelly submits photographs

This is a copy of an email that we recieved from Ray Donnelly a former Resident of Springtown Camp.We would like to thank Ray for the photographs and hope that he and all his family are keeping well.

I really don't know how to start this e-mail to you but here goes. I was hunting for some info for my wife who lived in Wiltshire and was so impressed with the results that I thought I'd try a few places that I had been to and lived. When I selected Springtown Camp Derry I never in my wildest dreams expected the results I received. It almost brought me to tears. My family lived there from December 1948 till about 1960 at number 43. I myself lived there from 1948 till 1954.moved to Portstewart to work. My name is John Raymond Donnelly, known as Ray. My father John Redmond Donnelly, mother Mary Josephine Donnelly. sadly both passed away. I've had some lovely memories of the old place and also some very cold experiences too. Again many thanks keep up the good work
